FlorKote is the easy to use, quick-drying, water-based, powerful floor coating that we all have been waiting for. It goes on like butter, seals the floor, is exceptionally hard-wearing and scrubbable and when finished wash your tools with water and you have not harmed mother earth in the process. WHAT IS THE SPREADRATE?

1 litre will give you about 2 square metres depending on how absorbent the surface is. We recommend a concrete primer such as KonKote before applying.
