NutKote comes in two parts, the dry granule in one bucket and the liquid binder in another. Mix the two components, and that's it!. But make sure to prepare the surface beforehand... paint GripKote as a primer, this ensures an even finish and an incredibly strong bond. Instructions will be on the bucket.
NutKote is sold per m2, so simply calculate the cost of product plus transport and you have your materials cost at your doorstep. Please double check with us before using any pricing, as this changes rather rapidly in these crazy times but if you are reading this in April of 2026 then the cost is R360/m2 for materials only.

A Coating Made From NUTS?!
A truly amazing looking coating, NutKote has a warm granular finish which is warm like wood underfoot. If you would prefer a smoother surface then you can easily sand it down. Afterwards you can apply a clear coating to protect it from staining and dirt that could collect in the tiny pockets between the granules of the aggregate.
Please note that the nut shells that we use in our aggregate is far harder than most woods, therefore you can expect many lifetimes of wear and tear.
There is nothing to compare with NutKote, no one has it and no one makes it, it is totally unique in the building industry and is only available from us the inventors.

A Warm Wood-like Coating

NutKote is a light weight, warm, insulating wood look-a-like product that is easy to trowel down onto your floor, and once it has fully cured then you can come with a sander machine or sand paper and sand down the top layer to create a soft, smooth surface that is pleasurable for bare feet.
