VenKote

VenKote is very similar to venetian plaster, also known as Italian plastering, and is a special process of applying a few layers of plaster like product to the wall in order to be polished later and give the illusion of a smooth and textured wall all at the same time.

It is highly sought after as it is a luxurious and sophisticated look for any home owner that prides themselves on having in their bedrooms, living rooms and sometimes even in their bathrooms.

VenKote has been specially formulated to be tintable and glide smoothly over the surface of a wall. It all comes down to the skill of the applicator and as you can see in these photos, Pieter from Polsa Construction in JHB has it down to a fine art.

Using two distinct colours, one darker and one lighter, he was able to create the stunning design on the walls. And the best part is that is it water resistant, making it perfect to use in a bathroom.
