HOW TO ORDER

There are very simple steps to follow when wanting to place an order with us....

First step is to identify what product you want to purchase or what product you are interested in. Please use the name either in your 'SUBJECT' line or in the email body when making the request.

Second step is to include any important information about the application. For example we will need to know how big the area is, what is the surface and in what condition is it in (if you have photos please send those as well), the location/area you are based in and finally if you plan to do the work yourself or need a contractor to provide a quote.

We will provide costing and any important advise we can offer but we can only offer advise if YOU provide us with accurate information.

It is important to note that we are a factory, not a shop, so we produce your order after we receive your instructions.

We manufacture over 150 (one hundred and fifty) products thus it is not possible to have a shop fully stocked to cater to a vastly variable market.
